When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you enter so we can reply and plan your trip:

Trip details such as travel dates, number of travellers and your message

How the enquiry form works

When you submit the form, your details are saved on our website and sent to our team by email. We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up about your trip. We do not use them for anything else without asking you.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you click our WhatsApp link, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. We see your phone number, profile name and the messages you send. The same applies to details you share by phone or email.

When you book

To arrange your trip, we may ask for extra details, such as passport information, date of birth, dietary needs, health information relevant to your trip, and emergency contacts. We share only what is needed with the people who deliver your trip:

Tanzania National Parks and other authorities, for permits and entry
Hotels, lodges and camps, for your stay and meals
Airlines and transfer providers, for your travel
Medical staff, only if needed for your care in an emergency

Reviews on our website

Our reviews page shows reviews from TripAdvisor and Google through an embedded widget. When the widget loads, the review provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Our website runs on WordPress. WordPress and our SEO plugin, Rank Math, may use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work, for example to keep the site secure or remember settings. These do not track you across other websites.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at present. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent before any such cookies are set.

What we do not do

We never sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to answer your enquiry, run your trip and meet our legal and accounting duties. Access is limited to the team members who handle your trip, and we keep the website and its software up to date to protect it.
