Booking with us starts with a request, not a payment. Tell us your dates, who is travelling and what you would like to do, and a member of our team in Arusha will reply with ideas and a quote. Nothing is paid on this website. Once you are happy with the plan, our team sends you written confirmation and payment details directly.

Send your request

Use the enquiry form on any page, email us or message us on WhatsApp. Share your travel dates, the number of travellers, your interests and your preferred travel style.

Get your proposal

We reply with a suggested itinerary and an itemised quote. Ask as many questions as you like, and we will adjust the plan until it feels right.

Confirm your trip

When you are ready, we send written confirmation with the booking terms and payment details. Your trip is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received.

Travel with us

Before you arrive we send your final itinerary, packing advice and contact numbers. Our team meets you in Tanzania and looks after you until you leave.

Payment

We never take payment through this website. The deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods are set out in your written confirmation.

Details we will need

To book park permits, hotels and flights, we will ask for each traveller's full name as in their passport, nationality and passport details, plus any dietary needs or health conditions we should know about.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, evacuation and cancellation. If you are climbing, make sure it covers trekking at high altitude.
