How the enquiry form works

When you submit the form, your details are saved on our website and sent to our team by email. We use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and follow up about your trip. We do not use them for anything else without asking you.

If you contact us by phone or email, we use the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address and messages, in the same way as an enquiry sent through our form.

When you book

To arrange your trip, we may ask for extra details, such as passport information, date of birth, dietary needs, health information relevant to your trip, and emergency contacts. We share only what is needed with the people who deliver your trip:

Tanzania National Parks and other authorities, for permits and entry
Hotels, lodges and camps, for your stay and meals
Airlines and transfer providers, for your travel
Medical staff, only if needed for your care in an emergency

Reviews on our website

Our website shows reviews from TripAdvisor through an embedded widget. When the widget loads, the review provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
