Booking with us starts with a request, not a payment. Tell us your dates, who is travelling and what you would like to do, and our team in Arusha will reply with ideas and a quote. Nothing is paid on this website.

Send your request

Use the enquiry form on any page, email sales@aaaexpressadventure.com or call +255 784 281316. Share your travel dates, the number of travellers, your interests and your preferred travel style.

Get your proposal

We reply with a suggested itinerary and a quote. Ask as many questions as you like, and we will adjust the plan until it feels right.

Confirm your trip

Once you confirm your itinerary, we ask for a deposit to start the booking process, and send you written confirmation with the payment details.

Travel with us

Before you arrive we send your final itinerary and contact numbers. Our team meets you in Tanzania and looks after you until you leave.

Payment

We never take payment through this website. We accept cash in US dollars, British pounds and euros, and major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The deposit and balance due date are set out in your written confirmation.

Details we will need

To book park permits, hotels and flights, we will ask for each traveller's full name as in their passport, nationality and passport details, plus any dietary needs or health conditions we should know about.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical care, evacuation and cancellation. If you are climbing, make sure it covers trekking at high altitude.
